RATES AND CONTRACTS FOR RESIDENCE HALLS AND GREEK COURT
Residence Halls and Greek Court rates include both a standard room (Double, Triple or Physical Single) and the corresponding meal plan. Once the Housing Down Payment of $100 has been paid, the remainder of the room and board charges will be billed in early August for the Fall semester and early December for the Spring semester. The 2025-2026 academic year rates are as follows:

Room Upgrade Costs
- Double as Single – Additional $1,100 per semester
- Deluxe Double – Additional $650 per student, per semester
- Triple as Double – Additional $900 per student, per semester for Andrews and Lawson.
