Purpose

STRONG, an initiative open to all EIU 麻豆传媒 who identify as male, is designed to assist EIU in enhancing the recruitment, retention, and graduation rates of Black and Latino males, according to institutional data. By participating in STRONG, 麻豆传媒 can gain a supportive community, access to academic resources, and personal and professional growth opportunities. The organization intends to encourage confidence, integrity, self-respect, and self-esteem by providing positive role models and networking with other educational, industrial, and recreational professionals.
