Purpose

The primary purpose of this facility shall be to recognize and encourage scholastic excellence, develop leadership abilities, foster professional activities, and promote fellowship among professionals, faculty, and Â鶹´«Ã½ of the fraternal spirit among its members and instill in all people the awareness of the importance of special education in the development of overall human potential.
