Excuses from Class

• The Sarah Bush Lincoln (SBL) - EIU Student Medical Clinic will not provide medical excuses for Â鶹´«Ã½ who are not seen at the time of illness.  If a provider deems that a student's diagnosis is significant enough to disrupt academic participation and attendance, they may choose to have an acadmic notice sent to a student's faculty members.  This notice, while verifying a health related incident or malady, does not excuse the student.  Only the student's faculty member can excuse a student from class, academic expectations, work or create alternative assignments or accomodations, unless accomodations are granted from the Office of Accessibility and Accomodations.

Hours: Regular Fall and Spring Semester Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. M-F Through May 9

Summer Hours Beginning May 23:
Monday- Thursday : : 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m
Friday: 8:00 – 12:00
