OFF-CAMPUS STUDENT, FACULTY, AND STAFF MEAL PLANS

Off-campus Â鶹´«Ã½, faculty, and staff may purchase Meal Plans separately. These plans, including the dining dollars, expire at the end of the semester in December (fall) or May (spring). These meal plans are non-refundable.

Meal Plans can be purchased at the Office of University Housing & Dining Services located in the west wing, lower level of the MLK Jr. University Union.  You may pay by credit/debit card, money order, personal check, or by charging it to your EIU account. Your Panther Card is needed at the time of purchase.

Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 Rates
10 Plan: 10 meals per week + $200 Dining Dollars	$1884.00 per semester
14 Plan:  15 meals per week + $200 Dining Dollars	$2258.00 per semester
All-Access Plan: Unlimited meals per week + $200 Dining Dollars	$2681.00 per semester
Block-Plans  50-Block (Dining Center Meals), includes $150 Dining Dollars 100-Block (Dining Center Meals), includes $150 Dining Dollars. *Block plans are good for the semester. Unused meals do not roll over to spring.  Unused dining dollars DO rollover, IF the student purchases a new meal plan for spring.

Off-campus Â鶹´«Ã½, faculty, and staff can also purchase Dining Dollars without a meal plan.

GUEST MEAL PRICES

Guests are welcome to eat at any of our facilities. Guests may purchase meals at any residence hall dining center with credit or debit.

Prices include sales taxes.
