Hello,
The EIU Child Care Committee requests your participation in a short survey that will be used to gather data on the feasibility of EIU providing child care services on our campus. We ask that ALL Â鶹´«Ã½, staff and faculty share their input. Your input is very important as it will help us assess whether or not an on-campus childcare is needed. Please remember that participation is voluntary and confidential, no identifying information will be used in data analysis.
