Subject: Apprentice Chef Cooking School
Do you know any high school Â鶹´«Ã½ interested in enhancing their culinary skills? The School of Family and Consumer Sciences will be offering an Apprentice Chef Cooking School to allow Â鶹´«Ã½ to gain practical experience in the hospitality and culinary arts field by working alongside professional chefs. The best part is attendees will earn EIU credit.
Dates for the camp are:
Option 1: June 1-4
Option 2: June 8-11
Option 3: June 15-18
