Take a Hike: The Mini-Series Returns to WEIU-TV for a New Season of Outdoor Adventures!

(Charleston, IL) – Pack your backpack and lace up your hiking boots, Take a Hike: The Mini-Series is back! WEIU-TV proudly announces the premiere of Season 4 this April, inviting viewers on another scenic tour through some of Illinois’ most captivating parks and natural spaces. Hosted by WEIU-TV Producer, Lacey Spence, Take a Hike: The Mini-Series explores a variety of federal, state, and local parks across the state. Whether you're looking for your next road trip destination or simply want to enjoy nature from your living room, this show offers the perfect escape.

Season 4 kicks off on Monday, April 21^st at 8 p.m. on WEIU-TV and will also be available for viewers in the WEIU broadcast area at . Don’t have cable? No problem. WEIU-TV also streams on YouTube TV, Local Now, Amazon Prime, and Hulu.

New episodes will air weekly on Monday nights at 8 p.m., running through Memorial Day.

The show is produced and hosted by Lacey Spence, and is part of WEIU-TV’s acclaimed lineup of local programming, which includes WEIU News Watch, City Spotlight, The Paw Report, Issues & Attitudes, School Talk, This is Our Story, and Being Well (also hosted by Spence).
