It's time for our spring semester Campus Beautification Day! We host this event twice a year during a weekday afternoon.  One beautification day will be held in the spring prior to EIU Commencement and one in the fall prior to EIU Homecoming.  These are both events that bring thousands of visitors, families and alumni to EIU and allow us to display our beautiful campus.  This is an opportunity to assist our grounds department to make EIU look its best.  

The Grounds department will be coordinating the activities.  Possible work includes creating a rock bed, spreading mulch, planting flowers/bulbs, pulling weeds, picking up sticks or trash, and many more things.  Volunteers will be instructed on what to do.  There is no experience required to volunteer.  Any of the necessary hand tools will be provided for the volunteers.
